winterbadgerI got my annual review today from my PM (who is also a chum and a fellow soccer fan): 4 marks out of 5 for performance, many nice things said, and a nice raise. Yay!
Despite being trained as a crack self-deprecator, I can say that I *do* do a good job at keeping our team running well and touble-free, dealing with our customer and all the support staff, and the last month or so doing all the case-flwo duties our admin would otherwise do. I know my weaknesses, but I recognize that though I always feel I am juggling breakable dishes here, I amd keeping a number of them in the air at once and letting very few drop. :-)
